This set of left and right side cylinder heads

are not simply "rebuilt" using old parts

and staking the seats.

This set of professionally remanufactured heads includes:

New forged stainless steel one-piece intake and exhaust valves.

New hardened 4044 chrome moly

intake and exhaust deep valve seats.

New bronze alloy valve guides.

New Old Stock GM valve springs.

Machining and repairs include:

Hot tank and glass-bead cleaning.

Thread cleaning weld repair w/rethread

or insert installation where required.

Thread repairs may include spark plugs,

valve cover and sheetmetal bolt holes.

Valve cover rails are milled flat.

Head gasket areas are surfaced.

Valve and seat grinding and final assembly.

NOTE: each head may require different thickness head gaskets

due to machining.

If so, recommended thickness will

be notated on head.
