CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
When you place an order, your order status is pending based on approval or denial of the charges by your bank.
Once your order status is approved, we pack and ship your order.
This process of obtaining authorization can take place the same day as your order in most cases.
If you need your part immediately, please call us and order the part over the telephone before 2:00 PST
SALES TAX
No sales tax is charged unless you are in California. CA residents pay 7.75% sales tax.
If you have a current California Resellers License card on file with us, we can waive CA sales tax.

NEW PARTS
All new parts sold by California Corvair Parts, Inc. are identified by our part numbers.
If you believe a part is defective, please call us so we can determine the best course of action to resolve the situation.
Warranty is limited to the actual defective item listed on the invoice.
Any warranty claim must be accompanied by the original invoice and is valid only to the original purchaser.
Warranties are not transferable.
NOS PARTS
All New Old Stock parts sold by California Corvair Parts, Inc. are identified by their GM part numbers.
All New Old Stock (NOS) parts are sold as is. NOS parts have NO WARRANTY
USED PARTS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS
ALL USED PARTS ARE SOLD IN AS-IS CONDITION.
All used parts sold by California Corvair Parts, Inc. are identified by our part numbers.
There are no refunds or exchanges on used parts. Used parts do not have any warranty.
In many cases, it is not possible to test a used part to make sure it works properly.
Make sure you ask all questions before ordering if you are uncertain about what you need.
LIMITED WARRANTY
California Corvair Parts, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays,
failures or other consequential damage, nor for labor, transportation
or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item.
RETURNS POLICY
THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS ACCEPTED.
Unless otherwise stated, new parts may be returned at buyer's expense for a refund or store credit
within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date shown on the invoice.
Returns must be in like new condition, include all original documentation, packaging
and be in re-sellable condition.
NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
All returns must be received with a copy of the original invoice within 30 days.

BOOKS & MANUALS
NEW OLD STOCK PARTS
USED PARTS
OR SPECIAL ORDERS.
UPHOLSTERY IS NOT RETURNABLE
WRONG PARTS
If you ordered the wrong part, it will be treated as a normal return.
If the error was caused by California Corvair Parts, Inc.,
we will refund or credit for the shipping and handling amount originally charged by us.
CORE RETURNS
All cores returned are subject to inspection to make sure your core is REBUILDABLE.
Cores must be received within 30 calendar days of that shipment date
with a copy of the original receipt.
SPECIAL ORDERS
All upholstery, door panels and special orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
Upholstery, door panels and special orders are NOT RETURNABLE.
AIRCRAFT
We do not sell Corvair parts for use in aircraft.
